Terms and conditions of use of the Stadioss application

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Stadioss application. These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the “GTCU”) govern access to and use of the Stadioss application (hereinafter, the “Application”), published by Stadioss SAS (hereinafter, the “Publisher”). By using the Application, you accept these GTCUs without reservation.

2. Presentation of the Application

Stadioss is a networking platform dedicated to sports, enabling amateurs, professionals, companies, clubs, federations, and sports institutions to connect. The Application is available as a web version, as well as a web app for iOS and Android.

3. Access to the Application

Access to the Application is reserved for users who have created an account. Accounts can be created via Google, Apple ID, or Facebook. Users can choose from different profiles: player, club, or sports professional.

4. Data collected

When using the Application, Stadioss collects the following data according to the user’s profile:

Player profile: surname, first name, nickname, gender, country of residence, city of residence, level of education, languages spoken, diplomas obtained, clubs, positions, contract start date, playing statistics (goals, matches, interceptions), track record, awards, date of birth, origin, nationality, dominant hand, playing foot, height, weight, clothing size, current shoe size, interests, favorite brands, agent contact, mentor search, club search, acceptance of paid and unpaid partnerships, types of users to interact with, social network links, profile photo, game photos, and videos.

Club profile: club name, city, country, number of teams (women’s, men’s, leisure, disabled), track record, stadiums and facilities, name of president, sports director, secretary, soccer school manager, current partners/sponsors, current equipment supplier, search for new partners/sponsors, acceptance of paid partnerships, types of users to interact with, social network links, club logo, club photos and videos.

Sport Professional Profile: last name, first name, email, date of birth, gender, city, country, nationality, languages spoken, student status, current job, current company or club, years of experience, professional skills, sports played, level and years of practice, partners, media mentions, types of users to interact with, job/internship search, acceptance of collaborations and partnerships, social network links, profile photo, photos and videos.

5. Use of data

The data collected is used to: Facilitate contact between users. Personalize the user experience. Improve the functionalities of the Application using analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase. Users can access, modify, or delete their data at any time by accessing their account or contacting support.

6. User rights

Users can access, rectify, oppose, and delete their data. To exercise these rights, they may contact Stadioss SAS at the following address: support@stadioss.com .

7. Account deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Deletion of an account will result in the permanent deletion of all data associated with that account within a reasonable period.

8. Intellectual property rights

All the elements of the Application, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Stadioss Ltd or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of these elements without prior authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

Stadioss shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including in the event of data piracy.

10. Modification of the GTCUs

Stadioss reserves the right to modify these GCUs at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via the Application. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new GTCUs.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCUs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
